Principal's Corner

Dear Trailside Community,

Stepping onto this beautiful campus for the first time, I immediately felt at home. The sense of community and care was palpable, and I knew I wanted to be part of it. My name is Tricia Wilbourne, and it’s both an honor and a privilege to serve this wonderful school and call it my home.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of teaching in eight different school districts, thanks to my husband’s career as an Air Force fighter pilot. We have two adult sons, both engineers, and a daughter-in-law currently pursuing medical school. In December 2025, we made the move to Park City, and we are thrilled to be here. This vibrant, adventurous town has called to us for years, and moving from Las Vegas has been one of our best decisions.

I am deeply committed to solving problems and finding solutions that will support our students' growth. I consider it an incredible privilege to work alongside families, staff, and the wider community to ensure every child has the opportunity to thrive. I recognize the responsibility I’ve been entrusted with in shaping the academic, financial, and organizational success of our school. I am relentless in my pursuit of creating a learning environment where every student feels seen, valued, and empowered to reach their fullest potential.
